VINTAGE V100
The V100 series is a line of single-cut (LP) electric guitars. These instruments offer unprecedented quality materials, precision craftsmanship and good sound considering the price. This makes them an ideal choice for more than just starting out.
Body and neck
The mahogany body of the guitar is adorned with a flamed maple top. The neck, which is glued to the body, is mahogany. The fingerboard is made of Lignum Rosa, a composite material similar in properties and appearance to rosewood, and is fitted with twenty-two frets. The positions are marked with typical rectangles.
Pickups and electronics
The instrument is equipped with two pickups, in a humbucker-humbucker configuration, namely the Wilkinson MWVC models. The sound is therefore truly classic and suited to any form of blues, rock or pop music. The sound can be switched between the pickups with a 3-position switch, and the sound can be influenced classically with the volume potentiometers and two tone controls, which are separate for each pickup.
Hardware
The strings are mounted in Wilkinson WJ44 tuning machines on one side and in a stopbar behind a solid tune-o-matic fingerboard on the other. Tuning stability and good sustain are thus guaranteed. The zero fret is plastic.
