In the case of acoustic bass guitars, the company honours the same philosophy as in the production of other acoustic instruments - to combine modern manufacturing techniques with traditional technologies. This results in high-quality instruments that are not lacking in style, excellent playability and solid tone. They will surely inspire you.
The front, back and sides of this acoustic bass guitar are made from okoumé wood. The body of the instrument is Grand Concert size, which means that even dry it produces a loud and powerful sound that will easily make its way among other instruments. The neck is maple, and the fig fingerboard features 20 frets. The gauge of the instrument is measured at a pleasant 810 mm, while the width of the zero fret corresponds to the 43 mm dimension.
The fingerboard was also made of fig wood and the tuning is done with die-cast mechanics in chrome. There is a black pickguard to protect the lacquer and a rosette inlaid with tortoiseshell.
The bass is equipped with an under-cowbell piezo pickup and active electronics with a preamp equipped with a built-in tuner and two-band equalizer.
This instrument is ideal for an introduction to the world of acoustic basses. Thanks to the materials used, it offers a balanced sound with full bass that both beginners and more advanced players will appreciate.
