Apollo Twin has the largest dynamic range and lowest noise of any desktop audio interface at launch. It uses high-end converters and preamps, identical to the more expensive Apollo DUO and QUAD studio models. LUNA Recording System

Record and effect through high-end microphone preamps with Unison™ technology
Unison technology allows microphone preamps to take on the sonic character of legendary analog solid-state and tube preamps through emulation processes, including parameters and characteristics such as impedance, gain, "sweet spots" and other hallmarks of the original circuits. Unison allows you to record through a great-sounding emulation of the legendary 610-B preamp in the basic package, as well as other plug-ins from the UA Online store.
