The instrument is made of European resonance wood. Specifically, the top is solid spruce, the back and sides are maple. The instrument is varnished with an alcohol varnish, which beautifully accentuates the grain of the wood and allows it to develop further sonically. The soundboard is made of ebony. The stringboard has integrated tuners for each string.
Also included is a wooden bow covered in horsehair. There is also a rosin and a drop-shaped case that provides ample protection for the instrument, simplifies transporting the instrument and, thanks to the integrated pocket, has plenty of room for accessories including sheet music.
