The GN71CE-NAT electroacoustic guitar features Takamine's original NEX body design based on the Jumbo concept. It is a more luxurious G-Series model with a semi-massive construction that meets the demands of the most demanding musicians in terms of design and sound.
The front of the guitar is made of solid spruce, the back and sides of black walnut. The narrower, gently asymmetrical mahogany neck with C profile fits perfectly in the hand, together with the fingerboard made of fig wood, guaranteeing high playing comfort without the threat of early fatigue due to demanding finish.
Easy voicing options are offered by the Takamine TK-4OD electronics with built-in tuner, three-band EQ, Gain control, Notch filter and Mid Contour and EQ Bypass buttons.
The strings are held in die-cast tuning machines in a luxurious gold finish over synthetic bone fret and saddle frets and a figwood fingerboard. Split Saddle, a split compensated saddle fret, gives the guitar precise intonation.
