The Dreadnought Slope Shoulder Earth 100SSF with its shorter gauge (628 mm) is clearly one of the vintage models in the series, which is enhanced by the sunburst finish of the top. The front of the guitar is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are made of over-ply mahogany. This proven combination of woods gives the instrument a balanced sound with the necessary amount of tonal clarity and warmth.
The mahogany neck is glued to an ovangkol fingerboard with twenty frets, and position dots make it easy to navigate. The strings are anchored via a saddle and a genuine buffalo bone fretboard in an ovangkol fingerboard and the company's vintage-style open action with ivory imitation tuning pegs. Traditional touches in the form of ABS rosette, imitation ivory perimeter binding and imitation tortoiseshell pickguard, which also protects the instrument's lacquer from scratches, add to the instrument's appearance.
The guitar is equipped with Fishman Sonitone electronics with Volume and Tone controls subtly placed in the instrument's soundhole.
