The Furch Rainbow range of acoustic guitars gives every guitarist the opportunity to build an instrument to their own specifications. The guitars are based on a top-quality all-solid body in a master grade finish, which can be complemented with many elements and accessories from all Furch "color" models (hence the name Rainbow series).

The front of the Grand Auditorium Cedar/Cocobolo model is made of solid Master Grade American Red Cedar, which is complemented by the spectacular cocobolo wood grain on the sides and back. The Full-Pore High-Gloss finish, a full-pore, high-gloss lacquer finish, enhances the acoustic properties of the guitars, providing excellent surface protection and accentuating the wood's natural texture. The Furch CNR System's two-way neck bracing adds strength, stability and durability.

The guitar's refined appearance is accentuated by decorative elements made of American Redheart wood - body, fingerboard and headstock binding with white contrasting lines, solid Redheart and mother-of-pearl rosette (Abalone), front plate decoration with black and white lines, centre strip with white contrasting lines on both sides and end block decoration. The transparent pickguard allows the natural grain of the wood to stand out without affecting the resonance of the soundboard. Orientation on the ebony fingerboard is facilitated by decorative mother-of-pearl position markers. Stable tuning is guaranteed by high-quality Gotoh 510 Nickel patina mechanics with ebony pegs.

The active electronics of the L. R. Baggs Anthem use a combination of microphone sound sensing (patented Tru.Mic technology) and a sub-cellular pickup, which guarantees authentic reproduction of the instrument's acoustic sound and low microphonics, i.e. susceptibility to feedback. The controls are discreetly housed in the instrument's soundhole.

The guitar comes in a luxurious moulded case with Schaller strap locks in gold finish.

Few Czech products have the worldwide reputation of Furch guitars. The company started in 1981 in one of the many garages of socialist Czechoslovakia, still illegal at the time. Today, the company's acoustic guitars are played by Suzanne Vega, Glen Hansard, David Knopfler, Aneta Langerová, David Koller, Xavier Baumaxa and many others. Furch guitars are best advertised by their reputation.
