The construction of the Regius Core Classic 6 T-WH-G consists of a through-neck made of eleven layers of four different woods (maple, mahogany, ovangkol, wenge), exotic black limba wings and an impressive top made of AAA-quality maple veneer. Maximum playing comfort is provided by a specially shaped neck foot for easy access to the higher positions of the fingerboard. The guitar fingerboard itself is made of grained maple with specific eyelets in the wood grain, the colour of which is in perfect symbiosis with the colour finish (Trans White Gloss) of the top. Orientation around the fingerboard surface is facilitated by pearlescent position dots (Abalone) and side luminescent markers, which give you a perfect overview even in the backlit corners of the stage.
Two high output EMG active humbuckers in the proven EMG 81/85 combination give the guitar the full, thick aggressive sound and the articulation needed for fast playing. A volume potentiometer, tone shutters and a three-position pickup switch are used to adjust the sound.
Good tuning and sustain are supported by the zero-fret string attachment (Graph Tech TusQ) in the lockable Hipshot Grip-Lock mechanism and the Hisphot solid body with string anchoring through the body of the guitar. The luxurious design is accentuated by the three-layered binding of the body, fingerboard and headstock made of ABS and imitation pearloid.
