The UWP-D series consists of a trio of wireless systems featuring the URX-P40 receiver and transmitter with microphone. Both devices always include a clear OLED display and an intuitive control panel for quick audio setup and switching of individual frequencies or channels. The system is very compact, packing easily into a backpack or hand luggage. Power is then supplied via a rechargeable integrated LR6 battery (rechargeable via USB port) or a pair of AA batteries. The UWP-D series is fully compatible with other Sony wireless systems such as the UXP/WL-800.

This wireless system brings you quality audio recording for your professional and semi-professional audio-visual productions. The system consists of the URX-P40 receiver, UTX-B40 bodypack transmitter, ECM-V1BMP lavalier microphone with spherical directional characteristic, UTX-P40XLR plug-on transmitter with phantom power for condenser microphones, and small accessories for mounting the receiver on your camera or camcorder. In addition to the audio output to the recording device, the URX-P40 includes a headphone output for close monitoring. You can purchase the SMAD-P5 Multi Interface Adapter to take your audio recording to an even higher level.
