Yamaha's STORIA Series electroacoustic guitars are the ideal companion for any occasion. These are semi-massive guitars that, thanks to their shorter gauge (634 mm), smaller Concert body, narrower neck and rounded fingerboard edges, will provide the necessary comfort for all players regardless of age or gender.
The body of the STORIA III is made of mahogany - solid mahogany front, solid mahogany back and sides. A walnut fingerboard with twenty frets is glued to the nato neck. The strings are anchored via the Urea saddle and zero frets in a walnut fingerboard and the company's open-top mechanicals with tuning pegs in Champagne-Gold. The guitar's stylish look is accentuated by the black body surround, rosette consisting of an ivory ring and black and red lines, and gloss finish on the body and neck.
Thanks to the passive underbody piezo pickup, you can easily amplify the instrument's acoustic sound (ideally via a dedicated acoustic instrument machine).
