The Vintage Statesboro acoustic and electroacoustic guitars, created in collaboration with English guitarist and blues historian Paul Brett, bring with them the aura of the early blues of the 1930s. The body of the VE440WK electro-acoustic guitar, in the popular "western" Dreadnought shape, is made of laminated mahogany. The mahogany neck is glued to a composite wood fingerboard with twenty frets. Orientation on its surface is traditionally facilitated by position dots.
The strings are mounted in the company's Die-Cast mechanics and composite headstock over the saddle and zero fret in ABS plastic material. The Whiskey Sour color finish gives the guitar a period look that you'll reliably associate with the smoke-infused era.
The instrument's sound is provided by active electronics with a three-band EQ, Phase function and integrated tuner.
