This electric guitar from the Japanese brand Ibanez is the signature model of the famous guitar wizard Steve Vai. It is a top-of-the-line instrument that represents the next evolutionary step in the line of Steve Vai's signature models.

The alder body of the guitar is decorated with a Stallion White finish. A careful eye will not miss the novelty of two body cutouts (Petal grip instead of the well-known Monkey grip). The bolted neck composed of five pieces of maple and walnut is glued to a rosewood fingerboard fitted with twenty-four Jumbo-sized stainless steel frets. The fingerboard surface is decorated with an impressive PIA Blossom pearl inlay, while the rounded fret edges give you greater playing comfort (Prestige fret edge treatment). Removing the last four frets (frets 21-24) simplifies and streamlines the execution of bending techniques in guitar solos, while the luminescent markers on the side (Luminlay) ensure good visibility even in backlit environments.

The combination of three DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups in a luxurious design, i.e. two humbuckers and a centre single, designed exactly according to Steve Vai's current ideas, gives the guitar a full rich sound with beautifully warm highs and articulate bass. Standard adjustments include volume potentiometers, tone controls and a five-position pickup switch. Pulling up the volume knob activates the high pass filter - so the instrument's sound loses none of its brilliance (treble) even at lower volumes.

Tuning stability is guaranteed by the string attachment in the Gotoh mechanics and in the Edge double-turn tremolo, which you use to embellish your playing with impressive sound effects. Locks on the zero fret guarantee tuning stability when using the tremolo lever frequently. The stylish look of the instrument is accentuated by gold hardware and a mother-of-pearl pickguard.
