The D'Angelico Premier Tammany LS is the basic model of the brand's electroacoustic guitar range in the more compact Orchestra (OM) shape. The body of the instrument is made of laminated mahogany. The mahogany neck with a "C" profile is glued to a thermally treated merbau (torrefied) fingerboard with 20 Medium Jumbo frets. Orientation on its surface is facilitated by position dots made of imitation mother-of-pearl. The guitar's good acoustic properties are supported by reduced X ribbing (Scalloped X).
The body of the guitar is balanced by a headstock in the traditional shape of D'Angelico instruments decorated with the company logo in imitation mother-of-pearl. The strings are mounted in the aforementioned company's chrome-plated mechanisms and merbau headstock over the saddle and zero fret made of plastic material (PPS). The appearance of the instrument is enhanced by a rosette composed of black and white ABS rings and a black and white body surround.
The instrument is sounded by a D'Angelico MG-30 preamp with an integrated tuner built into the guitar's neck.
