The surface is made of synthetic ivory, so should a player later decide to switch to an acoustic piano, the difference will be minimal.
The sound of the concert grand has been carefully recorded on a note-by-note basis, and Harmonic Imaging technology mimics the interplay of the individual components of the concert grand when the keys are pressed, such as the resonance of the strings and more. The overall sound is therefore very complex and true to life.
The sound can be fine-tuned down to the smallest detail thanks to a virtual technician in Smart Mode. Even more precise options are offered in Advanced Mode, where you can use the iPad app to adjust the strength of the keys, fine-tune (or detune) individual strings, or determine the degree of the sound effect of a key press and release.
Using USB, you can connect the piano to a computer and use MIDI. SMF (Standard Midi Files) can also be recorded or loaded from an external USB stick, and the piano will also play WAV and MP3 files from an external hard drive. Settings are displayed on a clear OLED display, with intuitive controls underneath for easy operation of the instrument.
