The simple design of the Audiofuse 8Pre features a clear front panel with eight Volume potentiometers, volume LEDs, phantom power, Phase and Range buttons. The front two combo Jack/TRS inputs are designed for connecting musical instruments and feature an increased impedance of 1.1 MOhm. There are also Volume controls for monitors and a headphone output, which is represented by Jack 6.3 mm/3.5 mm TRS connectors. Also found here are two four-sector buttons for selecting the sample rate or synchronizing with a digital device, and a MODE button for selecting the ADAT/USB connection option of the sound card.
The rear panel has eight combo Jack/TRS inputs for Mic/Line, two pairs of stereo Jack 6.3 mm TS inputs, a stereo monitor output, and eight outputs to a mixing console or other device. There are also two pairs of ADAT inputs and outputs or USB (C) for connecting a sound card to a PC.
