MARTIN DX Woodstock 50th

The Martin DX Woodstock 50th is an electroacoustic guitar with a large resonant Dreadnought body embellished with colourful replicas of design motifs from the 1969 festival poster. The classic look and sound of Martin logo instruments is complemented by modern touches in the form of renewable components, composite materials and Fishman Sonitone electronics. This makes their use completely versatile - from home playing to intensive gigging with a band.

The body of the guitar is made of modern HPL (High Pressure Laminate) in rosewood (back and sides). The laminated neck (Rust Birch Laminate) is fitted with a Richlite composite fingerboard with 20 frets. This eco-friendly material, visually similar to ebony, is characterized by excellent acoustic properties, durability and stability. The compensated TUSQ composite saddle on a Richlite fingerboard, together with the Corian fretboard, provides the strings with excellent resonance and sustain.

Founded in 1833, the American Martin company is deservedly one of the biggest and most respected names in stringed instruments. For decades, it has been one of the leading innovators in guitar design and manufacturing technology. However, to use only the past tense would be a great mistake; instruments with the Martin logo are still today among the guarantees of the highest quality in craftsmanship and sound. In addition, their current products use "eco-friendly" components made from renewable resources and composite materials.
