The guitar's construction consists of mahogany wings, maple top and a through neck made of three pieces of maple with a narrow fast Thin U profile. The ebony fingerboard is divided by twenty-four Extra Jumbo frets and adorned with the Parkway Drive symbol on the twelfth fret.
Two active EMG humbuckers provide the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness and precise articulation for vocal solos or chord breakdowns, while also providing density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled metal/core riffs. The strings are held in quality locking company mechanics and a solid Tonepros Locking TOM bridge with string anchoring through the body. The stylish look of the instrument is accentuated by the black body color and hardware.
The guitar is supplied in a case.
ESP has been manufacturing electric guitars since 1984 and its satisfied customers include Kirk Hammett, James Hetfield, Ronnie Wood and Max Cavalera. Due to the popularity of these instruments, a subsidiary company, LTD, has been formed to offer popular models in an affordable option. However, even in the case of ESP-LTD guitars, great emphasis is placed on the quality of workmanship and fitted components.
