KURZWEIL KP200

Kurzweil KP200 is a keyboard with dynamic stroke and adjustable keyboard sensitivity. They have a range of five octaves (61 keys). It offers 583 high quality corporate presets with the character of keyboard (pianos, organs, synthesizers) string (guitars, basses, strings), wind (woodwind, brass) and percussion instruments plus 10 user presets where you can create your own sounds based on the corporate presets (synth function).

For selected presets, you can also adjust the keyboard sensitivity (Touch function) and its tuning (Transpose and Octave functions). The standard also includes the addition of useful functions and effects - here in the form of the Performance Assistant function in two modes for guitar and piano, Dual, Lower Voice/Split, Harmony, Freesolo, the popular Pitch/Bend wheel, the Modulation button (Vibrato effect) and built-in effects (Sustain, Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, EQ, Distortion, Wah, Compressor, LPF).

Many will also appreciate the choice of 230 corporate and 5 user interactive auto-accompaniments in various musical genres. For each accompaniment you can choose from two intros/interludes, four main motifs with four rhythmic figures (Fill) and two endings, where the intro and ending can be spiced up with a Fade in/Fade out effect. You can determine the chordal character of the accompaniment by striking one or two keys (Single Finger) or by playing the entire chord (the KP200's chord library can recognize 31 different chords). Separate volume and tempo settings and easy recall of the set parameters (One Touch Setting function) of the automatic accompaniment ensure that your virtual backing band will always play exactly to your liking.

The keyboard also offers a tutorial mode with a database of 120 presets/compositions, a six-track recorder with the ability to create five user tracks, a memory capable of storing 48 of your favorite settings, five demo tracks, a chord library, compatibility with MIDI software on your PC via USB cable, and connection to another MIDI device/controller via MIDI IN/OUT/THRU connectors, data storage or playback of files from a USB flash drive, Aux In for playing or jamming to your favorite tracks from your audio/MP3 device, Aux Out to connect your hi-fi rig/speakers to the keys, headphone output for quiet and undisturbed practice or separate outputs for external sustain and volume pedal (not included). Basic volume, tempo or metronome functions are standard.

Everything is housed in a stylish chassis with four built-in speakers with a total output of 40W. All controls are clearly arranged on the front key panel, and the multifunction LCD display will always reliably inform you of the current settings. A 12V adapter is used for power supply. The package includes a music stand that you can easily attach to the keys.
