The construction of the Regius Pro 6 consists of a through-neck made of eleven layers of four different woods (maple, mahogany, ovangkol, wenge), wings made of swamp ash and an impressive carved top made of flamed maple. Maximum playing comfort is provided by a specially shaped neck foot for easy access to the higher positions of the fingerboard. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets (Wagner 9665).
Two passive humbuckers of the respected Seymour Duncan brand in the proven SH-2 Jazz/TB-4 Trembucker combination provide the instrument with great dynamics and precise articulation of sound (single note/chord breakdowns), while also providing the necessary punch. Volume potentiometer, tone shutters and a three-position pickup switch are used to adjust the sound.
The strings are mounted in Schaler M6 mini tuning machines and in a double-turn tremolo of the same brand (Schaller LockMeister). Stability of tuning even with frequent use of the tremolo lever is guaranteed by locks on the zero fret. The luxurious design is underlined by a three-layered body, fingerboard and headstock binding made of ABS and imitation mother-of-pearl (pearloid) and a headstock veneer made of veneered maple.
The guitar comes in a quality Hiscox case. Included are Schaller branded safety strap locks and a switchcraft jack.
