The Boss RV-6 guitar effect offers a reverb effect in top sound quality and its many sound palettes and shades. From subtle room reverbs to modern shimmer to long, impressive echoes, the Boss RV-6 will enrich your guitar tone with beautiful ambient surfaces. What's more, it's still an effect with a friendly user interface whose controls you'll instantly understand.
The Reverb RV-6 offers a total of eight different reverb effect forms, namely Hall, Plate, Room, Spring, Modulate, +Delay, Shimmer and Dynamic types, covering a wide range of tones from pure vintage Spring reverb to modern Shimmer or Dynamic forms. The character of each mode's sound is adjusted using the three controls.
The box allows mono, mono-to-stereo and stereo-to-stereo connections. When connected via Input B only, the output of the pedal is pure wet/processed. By connecting an external expression pedal, the effect level (E. Level) can be changed in real time. Like all pedals in current Boss production, the RV-6 operates in Buffered Bypass mode. Power is supplied by a 9V battery or 9V adapter (adapter not included).
