Fender Champion is a line of transistor guitar combos that offers the quality traditionally associated with the Fender brand and a wide range of sounds and effects. This makes them very versatile machines that can be used anywhere from jazz to metal.
The Champion 100 is a 100-watt combo equipped with two 12-inch Special Design speakers. It allows you to work with two channels, the first channel is based on the pure sound of Blackface Fenders, the sound of the second channel depends on the selected Amp Voice setting. The controls are located on the front panel. Behind the guitar input you will find potentiometers controlling the first channel - Volume adjusting the volume, two-band equalizer and controls selecting effects and their expressiveness. You can work with reverb, delay, chorus, tremolo, vibratone and other effects. The second channel has a separate set of controls that are almost identical to the first channel. Only there's an extra Gain to set the distortion, Voice to determine the character of the sound, and a midrange control.
