IK Multimedia iRig Mic is the first high-quality condenser microphone for iPhone®, iPod Touch® and iPad®.

The iRig Mic is ideal for singers, vocalists and songwriters on the go, but also for recording spoken word, instruments, speech, performances or any sound source in the studio, on stage or anywhere else. For singers and vocalists, the VocaLive app is included and is available for free download from the iTunes App Store. VocalLive offers real-time effects specifically designed to modify the vocal signal.

Also available is the iRig Recorder software (downloadable from the iTunes App Store), another IK Multimedia app for quick audio recording and processing. It's so easy to use that anyone can use it, not just musicians.

The iRig can be used with any other app that uses the microphone input of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and or iPad as an audio source.
