The body of the instrument is made of lime wood. A fingerboard made of jatoba, a wood known as Brazilian cherry, fitted with twenty-two frets is glued to a bolted maple neck. Position dots make it easy to navigate the fingerboard surface.
The three Bluebacker pickups, i.e., a toe humbucker and a single-coil middle and neck pickups, provide the guitar with a wide range of tones suitable for a variety of musical styles. By pulling up the tone shutter (Push/Pull function), the humbucker sound can be changed to single-coil (activating only one coil) to achieve a classic S-S-S configuration. A volume potentiometer, tone shutter and five-position pickup switch are used to adjust the sound. The strings are anchored in a synchronized tremolo with two-point attachment and the company's Die-Cast drives. The traditional look is accentuated by the imitation mother-of-pearl pickguard, chrome hardware and logo on the headstock.
