FENDER Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster RW 3SB

This Stratocaster is the signature model of blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan, whose undeniable talent made him a blues guitar legend during his relatively short life. This model is a replica of his most famous guitar, the "Number One" Stratocaster, which S.R. Vaughan used to wow live audiences and bring blues music back to prominence.

The body of the guitar is made of alder wood. The polyurethane lacquer finish guarantees the durability/gloss of the lacquer and the chosen colour finish. A pau ferro fingerboard is glued to the bolted maple neck and is fitted with twenty-one jumbo frets, i.e. long and wide frets that give players a better grip on the strings and make it easier to create impressive sound effects in the form of vibrato or bend. The rounded and wider "Thick Oval" neck profile will especially suit players with larger hands/longer fingers who prefer a more solid neck for better sustain.

The guitar's three single-coil Texas Special pickups with Alnico 5 magnets and rewound coils give the guitar a big dynamic blues sound. Two tone controls, a volume potentiometer, and a five-position pickup switch are used to adjust it.

The strings are mounted across the faux bone fretboard in closed tuning machines (6 in Line) and in a single-coil synchro positioned upside down, i.e. with the tremolo lever on top (probably inspired by the reverse design of J. Hendrix guitars). The stylish look of the guitar is accentuated by the company's signature logo on the headstock, gold-plated hardware and a three-layer pickguard with SRV engraving, which also protects the lacquer from scratches.

The guitar comes in a luxurious tweed case.
